Stop it.

* This comes from my frustration with myself. If it kicks you in the ass a bit all the better.

Don’t you think it’s time to stop with the woe is me but things could be worse mentality? How far has that gotten you? How far? It’s time to stop the bullshit and create a new reality. You can create a new state of being!

Interested?

Check out the book, Breaking the habit of being yourself, by Joe Dispenza. It’s helping me move forward.

Rant over,

Dwight✌️

  11. I can relate to your feelings of frustration. This has been coming up a lot for me lately too and, although I’m not an AA participant, its been reminding me of the serenity prayer – “the courage to change the things I can.” Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll definitely check out his book!

  13. Hey, all. I’m good, really. For some of you this came across to harsh on myself and I respect your feelings and thank you for your kind thoughts. I use frustration as motivation to change and grow forward. To snap me out of a perceived reality that is no longer working. I’ve got a plan to stop living in the past day after day. I’ll keep you posted😊
