How often have we …

How often have we reached upward and fallen? We may get discouraged and say things never workout for me. I’m always going to get it wrong.

Instead step back and look at our great elder trees. Understand that prior to becoming giants much internal work was being done forming strong deep healthy roots. Like breathing deeply inwards and then exhaling out. First in, then out.

Growth takes both directions in order to soar. Our Falls are our soul getting our complete attention to rebuild within first so we can then move upward. It’s the only way. Don’t curse your falls. Hold them in light and love.

Remember: Within each seed is all the knowledge of the Universe. It’s not “out there, out somewhere”. It’s within❤️

  3. Exactly! Every tree has roots that are as wide and possibly as deep as it’s crown. I like being a tree – it means I have deeply rooted things I have learned and that nourish me.

  4. I love this!!! Perfect elder trees reference. I feel my best in nature and appreciate nature wholeheartedly. Walt Whitman is my favorite Poet and his connection to nature is why I love him so! I am lucky enough to have found an old copy of Leaves Of Grass. ❤

  7. Tonight as I was reading comments here I took a look at the graphic. Most of the day I was feeling a heaviness. I didn’t sidestep it nor ignore it. I just let it come. This afternoon it started from the tip of my head and then slowly worked into my chest. As I looked at the tree’s roots I imagined this heaviness going lower into my trunk and then eventually releasing through my roots. I amagine this is how these giants roll, not fighting what comes, but gently swaying with breezes and eventually releasing, Its a calm visualization and it seems to be working for me.
