Stay in front of what?
Stay in front of how you’re showing up to life and what you want to accomplish along the way. Many times we show up as the victim week after week wondering why nothing is improving in our life.
THE VICTIM IS ANXIOUSLY STANDING IN THE SHADOWS WAITING TO TAKE CENTER STAGE. DON’T WAIT FOR THE VICTIM TO SHOW UP.

Whatever “it” is that you want to improve or go after, be honest with yourself and acknowledge where you typically rub up against life and shine some light on that. Look at tomorrow and the rest of the week. Look at potential upcoming obstacles or slow downs and plan accordingly on how you can still accomplish what’s important to you. Don’t shut your eyes, saying la la la, and then be shocked when the curtains opens and the dramas begin.
A typical week may include busy work schedules, house chores, travel, and numerous events with family and friends. Start planning now on how you will stay your course. Communicate your “flight plan” to your partner and loved ones to alleviate surprises. Don’t just wait for life to show up and then respond.
YOU must make space for your dreams and goals and go after them!
Peace,
