Take the wisdom

Leave the crap.


You have a choice.

In your life, bad things will happen.
You will be brought to your knees with sorrow.
You will climb mountains of anger.
Countless other challenges will test you.

It’s all part of life.
You were meant to grow.
And you have a choice.

After these experiences, you can learn from them. There is always, always light guiding you toward what you can change.

Or, you can hold onto the pain and relive it for the rest of your life. No growth. No freedom.

It’s your choice.

When a triggering thought arises, notice the bag you’re carrying. How long have you been carrying this darkness?

The key is mindfulness. Notice when you’re going down the rabbit hole – and stop yourself.

It’s your choice. “It’s Your Life!”

Put the bag down. Leave the crap behind even if you have to do it a hundred times a day.

Start living the wisdom you’ve gained instead.

Trust me. A new path will form.
