I Did It

Okay, I did it.  I joined Weight Watchers online.  I’m tired of this extra fat I’m carrying around.   I’m weighing in at 196.6 and my goal is to get down to 170.  I’ve lost before using WW and know it will work again.  The tracking of points seems to do the trick.  No more shoving handfuls of food in my mouth as I go to the kitchen to get a drink of water.  Everything in counts – starting now!  Also, I’ll be increasing my exercises.  I know my doggies are going to enjoy more walks!

  1. well done,i joined ww after my second child.never got back the weight i lost and never had a the impression to be on a diet.if i wanted a cake for lunch i ate a cake, i used my points and that is it.they really teach you how to eat and also how to break the rules without much guilt if …..

  3. Just an update. I switched to myfitnesspal and have lost 5 pounds. I’m digging this app because it tracks by calories and shows the carbs, protein, fat, sugar, and sodium I eat and what is recommended. Let’s just say WOW am I ever getting educated! I highly recommend this app.
