Do something!

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?

Is this what’s building up and up inside of you?

Don’t talk it all out for the umpteenth time.

Don’t continue to research over and over again.

Don’t lay in bed replaying and rehashing your shit in your head.

Don’t say the same EXCUSES you’ve said for years. Yes they are just EXCUSES! It’s time to move forward. Tell pity to go party somewhere else.

Start making new choices.

Get off your ass and do something about it.

It’s time for action.

… my living room clock

Take one action you already know you need to take.

Nobody needs to tell you what to do, so stop searching and asking. You already know.

Tell that inner critic to frick off.

It doesn’t have to be huge.

It doesn’t have to come out perfect.

YOU CAN CHANGE!

YOUR LIFE CAN CHANGE!

No matter how many years you’ve been on this planet drinking a certain kool-aid or forced to, you can always stop, pivot, act, learn, adjust, and live your true way.

You are not your past and the Universe is on standby waiting to work with you. You need to take that first step though.

I truly know this!

ACT!!!

We do not think ourselves into new ways of living, we live ourselves into new ways of thinking.

  2. Perfect, Dwight! and so true. I hate pity parties. Nothing fun ever happens at a pity party. 😕
