Going for it – Keeping it real (Week 7)

Week 7 was pretty uneventful with nothing much to report. Had to dig a bit deeper when “being lazy” played in my head. My ego is definitely starting to frick with me. I’ve been thinking about only posting my progress once a month, but honestly it’s good for me to post weekly so I can review my progress and adjust accordingly. We’re so use to the before and after pics/accomplishments we tend to forget about all the hard work in between. I think it may be time to up my game. Sorry if you all are over these Going for it posts…please feel free to skip them. These are basically for me to keep me honest.

Week 7

Fun

First time out on the mountain bikes this year! Huffing and puffing going uphill, and we-we-we-we going down.😃

Peace,

Dwight✌️

  3. I really love the idea of writing down daily accomplishments! Maybe someday I’ll achieve this 😉 Too often I feel like I was busy all day but got nothing done.
