Faded Jeans Living

Week 8’s highlight was a road trip to Fruita, CO with my son to do some mountain biking. It was a blast! If you’ve ever been to a ski resort and seen all the vehicles with skis on top of them then picture the same thing in Fruita except everyone has mountain bikes. We got to camp out and the temperature and stars were perfect. Nothing like laying in bed and looking through a screen ceiling out into the universe. There were tons of neat trails with great sceneries. We went on two big rides and I finally realized it may be time to upgrade my 30 year old bike after that adventure. Yes, I’m pretty old school .

I’m so glad I’m pushing myself to get out on these adventures and how cool is it my son wants to join me!
