For a bit of context for my 52 week challenge check out these links – You did the best you could? and Going for it 52 Week Challenge!
I’ve discovered writing down my items and posting out here keeps me accountable and on target for completing them each week. In this same journal prior to this you’d definitely see worked out on one date and the next entry might also be worked out…but it would be like a week later. I definitely had great intentions but when it came down to it I wasn’t as consistent as I had planned. I always had an excuse I’m sure. I purposely didn’t go to crazy with these going for it areas, but it’s definitely the right “push” I needed. I still can have some off days which is normal and also continue to lay down new bricks on my path and move forward.
Week 3

This weeks recipe was Chicken Pizza, pesto, tomatoes, and beans

One last thing – I threw this shaming device away! That’s right I didn’t even donate it. Nope. It’s frickin evil and humanity doesn’t need it!

Peace,
Dwight

I hate the scales!! They are much better in the bin! I think you are doing brilliantly. I am definitely having good days and not so good on the motivation front but I’ll keep going with those bricks, and remember to look up X 🤗 ❤️

You’re doing freaking awesome!! Oh and that pizza looks super yummy!! When it’s hot out I put my pizzas on the grill! ( top rack ) You are keeping me motivated as last week was my best week yet for keeping on track with my goals! 💪🏻 ( You’re working out more than me though! My goals are a bit less. 😂😂🤣🤣) Let’s kick this weeks ass! ☑️😃 👍🏻

I hope I’m not burning out people reading my progress each week. It’s definitely helping me stay accountable though. Thank you for supporting me! 🤗

An accountability journal is a really good idea. It keeps the writer on track and yes, accountable, and inspires those who see how amazing the writer is doing at their challenges. And if one day falls short, it only proves us human and that tomorrow is another day.
